Conference registration packages
Delegates can choose between conference package A, B, C or D.
See the table below for entitlement details.
Please note that a limited number of rooms at The Westin Grand Hotel are available at a special tariff with GCA for the conference, on first-come-first-served basis only. The conference package details are listed below.
All registrations are Online and on prepaid basis; there will be no spot-registrations at the conference.

We call the attention of the participants to read and follow the rules that guide the registration for the GCA 2015.
WAY OF PAYMENT
SENDING INVOICE:
• Fill data to issue a receipt of payment.
• You will receive an invoice after a couple of days via Email.
• To request an invoice please use the form that can be found here or via the respective button at the bottom of this screen.
CREDIT CARD:
• Select the option to pay by VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS or MASTERCARD and complete all requested information in the following screen.
• To pay via credit card click here or the respective button at the bottom of this screen.
PAYMENT LATER:
• If you want to subscribe and do not want to immediately pay your subscription, fill out the form that can be found here or use the respective button at the bottom of this screen and you will receive a link in your email confirming your registration with payment pending.
• THIS OPTION MUST BE SELECTED FOR WHO WISH TO SUBMIT WORK AND WAIT FOR ITS APPROVAL, BEFORE MAKING SUBSCRIPTIONS PAYMENT.

SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMMING
The schedule of the Congress is subject to changes, both in relation to issues and regarding speakers.
REGISTRATION AND SPECIFIC STATEMENTS
Students graduate (master and doctorate) should contact via email registration@gca2015.com.
DEADLINE
Registrations can be made until June 15th, 2015.
PARTICIPANTS’ MATERIAL
There is a forecast of supply of material from the Congress to all participants, but it is only guaranteed to those who do register by May 31st, 2015.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF REGISTRATION
The cancellation and refund of enrollment (all categories) may only be made if requested until May 31st, 2015 via e-mail registration@gca2015.com along with the registries’ bank account data. The reimbursement of registration will be made after the event being discounted 50% (fifty percent) of the value on the administrative fee. Cancellation requests will not be accepted, if made after June 1st, 2015.
TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION
The transfer of registration may be requested until May 31st, 2015 in writing via e-mail registration@gca2015.com. If there is a change of category the difference must be paid through bank deposit (if the value is greater) and proof faxed or e-mailed to the Executive Secretariat of the Event, or requested a refund (if the value is less) in the same transfer document. The repayment of this difference will be made after the event at a discount of 50% (fifty percent) of the value on the administrative fee.
COPY OF BADGE
The organizers do not hold liable for the loss of the badge provided. The issue of the 2nd copy will be made only upon payment of 70% of the value on the venue of the event on the category of the participant.
LOCAL SECRETARIAT
The Local Secretariat will run from July 16th, 2014 at the event, Westin Grand Hotel, Entrance and Foyer, for the removal of material for pre-registered congress members, receipt of new registrations and general information.
